This page sets out the terms of use for the Shoor website at www.theshoors.com and its related store, event, and editorial services. By visiting the site, creating an account, placing an order, or attending an event, you accept these terms.

1. Introduction

Shoor is a concept store that presents and sells conceptual clothing, lifestyle goods, fragrance, and curated objects through its website. Content, prices, and availability may be updated.

2. User account

Completing a purchase usually requires signing in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact details and for keeping access to your number. Using someone else's account or providing false information is not allowed.

3. Products, prices, and availability

Product images and descriptions are for presentation and may differ slightly in detail from the actual item. Prices are listed in Toman and are not final until payment is confirmed. If an item goes out of stock after an order is placed, Shoor may cancel the order or offer an agreed alternative, and will refund the amount paid.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order submits your purchase request. Payment is made through a trusted gateway (including Zarinpal). An order is not final until payment is successfully confirmed. If funds are deducted without a successful confirmation, the amount is handled according to the gateway's procedure after follow-up with support and the gateway.

5. Shipping and delivery

The delivery time and window are selected or announced at checkout and may change depending on the city, shipping method, and operating conditions. Delivery requires a correct address, phone number, and, where needed, map coordinates. Delays caused by incomplete information, the recipient's absence, or transport restrictions are beyond Shoor's full control.

6. Changes, cancellations, and returns

Before shipping, you can ask support to cancel or change your order. After shipping, returns or exchanges are reviewed only within consumer protection law and Shoor's published policy (including the condition of the item, its packaging, and the deadline for reporting a defect). Personal hygiene items, opened fragrances, or custom items may have return restrictions; details for each order are provided by support.

7. Events and editorial content

Registering for or attending an event is subject to that event's own terms. Magazine, blog, and introductory content is for information only and does not replace professional advice.

8. Intellectual property

The Shoor brand name, site design, text, images, and other works belong to Shoor or their authorized rights holders. Any copying, commercial use, or republication without written permission is prohibited, except for ordinary personal use of the website.

9. Acceptable use

The website must not be used to disrupt the service, scrape data without authorization, impersonate others, or carry out illegal activity. Shoor may restrict access in case of a violation.

10. Limitation of liability

Shoor provides its services with reasonable care, but beyond what the law requires, it is not liable for temporary site outages, display errors caused by the user's browser or network, or indirect damages arising from use of the content. Liability in disputes related to an order is limited to the amount of that order, unless the law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version published on this page is the one in effect. Continuing to use the site after changes are published means you accept the new version.
